A crowd-sourced Jackson Pollock (2012)
** Commissioned for the 2012 Skule Arts Festival (Toronto)
A crowd-sourced, interactive paint installation in the style of artist Jackson Pollock. The interactive segment of the installation - where buckets of paint were left open around the blank canvases - was displayed for 6 hours, inviting anybody to participate in its creation. The four banners were hung in the central atrium of the Sandford Fleming Building for the remaining duration of the festival.
(Installation. Acrylic on canvas. Four 30' x 4' banners. 2012.)
